Sam is an adjunct lecturer of Criminal Law and Ghana Legal Systems and Methods at the Law Department of Lancaster University Ghana. He also teaches Legal Perspectives, a foundation programme at the University.

Sam has experience in financial, corporate and commercial advice. Sam has experience in research, legal opinions in energy and financial transactions and litigation. Sam has worked on several corporate transactions in the banking, energy, mining and oil & gas sectors. He is also the editor of the Ghana Law Hub, Ghana’s leading online magazine and an associate at Law Plus. a private law firm in Ghana.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees from the University of Ghana and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham.
